Default adjudication letter

Hello.

I live in Rhode Island and had a telephone interview because i was discharged. I received the decision letter today and it states as follows" You were discharged for non-disqualifying reasons since there is noe evidence of misconduct in connect with your work. Benefits are allowed if you are otherwise eligible." If I am to read this right it means I am okay to collect. It just seems that the last sentence is like an oxymoron. Any insight is appreciated.

Thanks
