Job interviews are always stressful - even for job seekers who have gone on countless interviews. The best way to reduce the stress is to be prepared. Take the time to review the "standard" interview questions you will most likely be asked. Also review sample answers to these typical interview questions.

Rightly said that Job interviews are stressful. But even if you are prepared beforehand, the stress factor still remains !

Hi,
I don't know a single person who enjoys a job interview. I know some people who always seem to walk out of a job interview with a huge smile on their face knowing that they landed the position. I don't enjoy having to answer questions while under pressure and knowing that someone is sitting in front of me judging me by my answers. Finding wans to relieve the stressseems to be the biggest problem. I mean what if I completely lose my train of thought but know that I am more than suited for a particular job? A simple job interview shouldn't determine my entire employment future, but all too often, that is what those question and answer sessions actually do. Thanks, Kelly.

I am really asking the ladies mostly because men used to and probably still do this all the time. But I am curious if any of you have left the current city you are in for a better job?
The city I live in, Jacksonville, FL, is a joke when it comes to the job market and I am wanting to move to a smaller town where the stress level is not so high. I have depression by default so I cannot work in a high high stress environment always worried that I may lose my job. I have an interview this morning and I am very excited about it and it is in this small town. The salary is about where I want to be and it is only 8 minutes from my house. Would you leave your spouse to go look of other work? I mean we are not separating or anything, I am just moving into our other house which happens to be back home and wanting to work there. Thanks.
