Default Problem filing claim while on CAT

Hi all, new member here. I have recently been approved for CAT. My classes start tomorrow. I made my weekly claim as directed by CAT and UI. I was told by the Training Benefits specialist and in the 2 letters I received to answer Yes to the 1st question and No to the second one ......

While you are in approved training:
- Continue to file your weekly claims to get your unemployment
check.
- Answer Yes to the question: were you physically able and available for work each day?
- No to the question: Did you make an active search for work as directed?
You do not have to look for work:

I was told to do this by both the Training Benefits specialist on the phone and by the letters of confirmation I received.
At the end of the claim the telephone message told me "there is a question about your answer Did you make an active search for work as directed? and that I need to call 1-800-361-7442 or I may be disqualified from benefits!

I'm hoping someone has the answer to this since I'll be attending college tomorrow and it will be near impossible to contact UI.

Thank you so much in advance !
Gabriel
